Acquisition expands SJG’s presence in Georgia and strengthens commitment to high-quality client service
Atlanta, Georgia – 15 September 2025 – S.J. Gorowitz Accounting & Tax Services (SJG) have announced the acquisition of Van Huss, Hogan, McCurry & Associates, P.C. (VHHM), a respected Georgia-based CPA firm known for its professionalism, responsiveness, and quality service.
Founded in 1991, SJG specializes in tax planning, business advisory, accounting, litigation support, and M&A advisory. The firm is recognized for delivering the expertise of a large accounting practice with the personal, relationship-driven approach of a boutique consultancy.
For decades, VHHM has provided individuals, business owners, and executives across Georgia with personalized financial guidance ranging from basic tax management and accounting to audits, financial statements, and long-term financial planning. Yvette Hogan will also remain with the firm as a consultant, helping to ensure client continuity and support.
